Commonly Asked Questions

What areas do you cover?
We live in Santa Barbara but can travel up and down the coast from San Luis Obispo all the way down to Ventura County. Our normal radius is about 30 miles but we can travel further for an additional travel fee.

What happens after I send you my request?
After you submit your information on our contact page we will contact you back via email to let you know it was received. From there, we will send you an estimate back via email and schedule a phone call to answer any questions and confirm details before processing the deposit to secure your event. Leading up the event, we will continue to be available to answer any questions and also be in touch to follow up with any questions of our own. 

How can I secure my event booking with you?
In order to secure your booking, you must pay 50% of the total amount due for your event. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your event date. We accept cash, personal check, Venmo, Zelle, and Credit Card payments (with a 4% processing fee).

What is your cancelation policy?
You’ll have up to 60 days from your scheduled event to cancel for a full refund. After that date, your retainer is non-refundable.

Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have general and liquor liability insurance.

Do you sell alcohol?
The State of California prohibits us from purchasing and reselling alcohol. The purchase of the alcohol must come from you. We can then use the product purchase and mix it, shake it, pour and serve it to your and your guests. We can take care of arranging all of the necessary details on how much to buy, where to buy and ultimately pickup/delivery. All we need from you are the details on how many guests are expected, what you want to serve and of course authorized payment details in order to process on your behalf. Typically payment is processed by credit card authorization form and alcohol is delivered directly to your event. We will also return any unused product for refund when applicable.

Can your bars or equipment be rented without bartender services?
Yes, you have the option to rent any of our equipment and source your own bartending staff if desired. 

What are your COVID-19 protocols?
We refer to and follow all state mandates for COVID-19 protocols. All of our equipment is throughly cleaned and sanitized for each event.
